Zitex is an ICT support company that provides tailor made support to schools throughout the UK. We work closely with each school to provide product and solutions for their ICT requirements.
Zitex credits itself in providing the all round ICT service and on-site technical support. We can cater for all your ICT needs from simple PC imaging to complex Server installations and from your web site maintenance to your Moodle (VLE) management and staff training.
Zitex offers ongoing support through its technician services. You can have an engineer visit your site (weekly, fortnightly or monthly) for half or full days to provide support for your ICT requirements. This can include preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, regular data backups, network monitoring and ICT administration.
Our aim is to provide your School with fast, efficient and most importantly cost effective IT services and support.
Here at Zitex we treat each School with the same level of service. We will not treat smaller Schools or regard small projects as “not worth our while” like some companies you may have dealt with.
